Building security for how software works next.

Software is moving from something people manually write and operate to something increasingly created and operated by machines. Forolock exists to make that transition safe.

Let software move faster without losing control.

Our mission, in one sentence.

AI lets more people build software than ever before. People who could never have shipped an application can now describe one and watch it appear.

AI lets developers ship faster. Work that took a week takes an afternoon, and the code that results is often written faster than anyone can review it.

And agents can now take meaningful actions: changing data, spending money, sending messages, deploying code. They act on behalf of people, at machine speed.

The security models we rely on were designed for another era, one where people wrote the code, people reviewed it and people pressed the buttons. That era is ending.

Forolock is building the security layer for this new model: one that proves what can be exploited, and gives every autonomous action a boundary.

Why now.

Three shifts are happening at once.

More software

AI makes software dramatically easier to create.

More autonomy

Software increasingly performs actions itself.

More attack surface

Humans cannot manually review everything machines create.

How we think.

The principles behind every product decision.

  • Show, don’t scare.

Security should prove risk rather than create fear.

  • Developers are partners.

Security should help builders move faster.

  • Bound autonomy.

Agents should have freedom inside explicit limits.

  • Minimise trust.

Security infrastructure should require as little customer trust as possible.

  • Explain everything.

A blocked action should always have a reason.
